Our aim is total customer satisfaction - always!

1. If you have sent or received a product or gift with which you are not entirely satisfied please contact us via our contact form. In the event you feel it necessary to complain please write or email us at info@the-art-of-intimacy.com and we will do what we can to put matters right.

2. We take payment at the time of the order and not necessarily the time of dispatch. If there is likely to be a longer than usual delay dispatching your order we will delay payment accordingly.

3. No order is accepted until the order has been checked and approved. Any problems will be notified to you by email as soon aspossible.

4. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays or Sundays.

5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes arising in connection with thesetermsand conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the EnglishCourts.

6. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
